Pirelli Shoot at UXUA Hotel

IPR client, the extraordinary UXUA Hotel, was selected as the backdrop for the acclaimed Pirelli calendar this year. As these tropics of Brasil are equally as harmonious as they are exotic and stimulating, the fisherman’s village of Bahia, home to UXUA Hotel was perfect for this year’s exclusive photo shoot. Terry Richardson had the vision behind the lens and employed the gorgeous environment by maximizing its best feature: nature. “Global Warming Ready” was the theme and this years offering included some of world’s most beautiful women like Lily Cole, Miranda Kerr, Rosie Hunt­ington and Ana Beatriz Barros. The calendar, though limited to only a small number of prints, is one of the most anticipated compilations of photography each year as the models offer some of their best work. This year, however, it’s possible that the beauty of the lo­cation may surpass that of the women.
